Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For eligibility, your item must remain in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect it and promptly notify us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong product. This will allow us to promptly address the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Please be aware that certain types of items cannot be returned. Examples include perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (including beauty products). Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases cannot be accepted. Should you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The most efficient way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the one you have. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. You will be informed whether the refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically credited. Please be aware that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
